This is my first visit to this lovely mountain inn and I couldn’t be happier. I’m here for several days in late July. The room is comfortable and quiet. The room temperature is perfect with the sliding door open a few inches and ceiling fan. Front desk folks are friendly and always available to answer questions and make suggestions. Hot herbal tea is available in the lobby. The inn is in a great location and convenient to the Village, the Mall, or Aspen.

We had an amazing stay in Snowmass, but what truly set our experience apart was the incredible service from Paul at the front desk. He went above and beyond in so many ways—from remembering our names and car days later, to helping us when our car was snowed in by bringing out hot water and shovels. His genuine kindness and attention to detail was exceptional and made a hard situation so much easier. If you’re staying here, know that you’re in great hands with Paul. His hospitality is next level

Five stars all around! My husband and I had a short overnight worktrip to Snowmass and were delighted to find a room at this sweet cozy spot. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

To be honest, I can't express enough how enjoyable and memorable my stay at this hotel was. The front desk as well as the housekeeping staff were were super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Out of all the places I've stayed this one is at the top of the list! I definitely plan on coming back in the future!

Loved our stay! Price was great and the hotel was clean and raising accessible. Gym pool and hot tubs were well maintained and a great space to unwind in the summer afternoons. Cooking facilities of BBQs were around. No espresso coffee was something we missed but didn’t have to walk far for find coffee :) Happy hour was great at Heathers with a few good options. Really enjoyed our summer break.

This place was awesome. The rooms were older but very very clean. The restaurant Manager Katja was amazing. The bartender Stephanie was a sweetheart. We wanted to take her home with us lol. The food was amazing. Rarely do we eat at a hotel but man I’m glad I did. The food was delicious and service was the best part of the entire stay. The only downside was the hot tub was not working. Would I stay here again absolutely.
